This personal information is intended to be used by you, our customer, for the purposes of hiring employees.

We do not store highly sensitive information such as social security numbers under any circumstance.

Security

Encrypted security certificates are available for your employment application website. Certificates can be purchased from our hosting partner or from any third party vendor (e.g. Thawte or Verisign). A one year certificate will cost $119 (host), $149(Thawte) or $349(Verisign) respectively. Installation cost is $50.

While we offer a 30 day moneyback guarantee on setting up your website with your resume database, certificates and installation are non-refundable.

Website Administration

As a service provider, we have access to the personal data your future employees share. We do occasionally review this data for quality assurance purposes, specifically looking for signs of user error. We use this information strictly to help improve our services. Actual data is never shared.
